Shipping terms

The delivery of the goods takes place internationally depending on logistical possibilities. In case of uncertainty, please ask for delivery options and costs under the contact given in the imprint.

Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

Deliveries New Zealand:

The flat rate shipping charge for New Zealand is NZD 13.20.
From an order value of 416 NZD we deliver free of shipping costs.

Deliveries Germany:

The flat shipping rate for Germany is € 4.90.
From an order value of € 250.00 we deliver free of shipping costs.

Deliveries Europe:

The flat shipping rate is 7.90 euros for Europe; 19.90 euros for Scandinavian countries; 9.90 euros for Austria and 19.90 euros for Switzerland (franking 20).

Delivery times

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany (Germany) takes place within 3 - 5 days, for foreign deliveries within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

In the case of self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the provision of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

For domestic (Germany) and international deliveries you have the following payment options:

Please note that the actual payment methods available depend on the country, credit check and system environment (e.g. Apple Pay is only available via the Safari browser and compatible Apple devices).

    Return:

    If you want to return an item, you have the possibility to contact us within 14 days after receipt of the goods. In case of a defect, we will send you a return link, through which you can easily handle the return shipment yourself. In case of another, personal reason for the return, the return shipment will be at the customer's expense. After successful receipt of the goods in their original condition and original packaging including all components , we will refund the amount paid to the original means of payment. Should the goods not be in their original condition and therefore no longer be resalable as new, a corresponding partial amount will be refunded after inspection.
