Right of withdrawal for consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity).

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,

- which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods, if you have ordered one or more goods as part of a uniform order and these are or will be delivered uniformly;

- which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods or has taken possession of the last goods, if you have ordered several goods within the framework of a uniform order and these are delivered separately;

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Outchair GmbH, Wilhelm-Leuschnerstraße 28, 61197 Florstadt, telephone: +49 162 7553501, e-mail address: hello@outchair.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.

In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we have received notification of your withdrawal from this contract and we have received the goods ordered by you back intact andincluding all components . For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. Unless otherwise expressly agreed with you, you will not be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse to refund the original value of the goods if the returned goods are no longer resalable.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. And this always in the original condition and original packaging. If the goods are no longer in their original condition and original packaging or if components are missing, we reserve the right to refund only a corresponding partial amount of the original purchase price after checking. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

- for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts

- for the delivery of goods if these have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;

If the goods are sent to you between 1 December and 31 December of a year, the goods can be returned until 10 January of the following year. However, only in undamaged condition and including all components.

The goods must be returned to the following address:

The return deadline is met if you send the goods to this address before the return deadline.
However, we will not refund the shipping costs of your original purchase.
This return guarantee does not limit your statutory rights and therefore your right of cancellation.
