2 years warranty and support
We guarantee that our products are free from material and manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
Outchair will repair or replace all components that are defective within the warranty period. The guarantee only applies to the original buyer who has purchased a new product from Outchair or an authorised Outchair dealer. Under no circumstances is Outchair liable for claims that extend beyond the guarantee period.
Or for other claims or damages, including but not limited to claims for incorrect design, inaccurate or misleading advice, accidental damage or consequential damage or injury to another person, company or organisation.
The warranty does not apply if such repair or replacement of parts is necessary as a result of accident, neglect or misuse, or if the equipment has been modified or repaired and differs from Outchair's maintenance and service instructions. Component or component not originally supplied by Outchair or its authorised resellers.
This warranty does not cover consumables such as batteries or materials. Our battery manufacturers guarantee that the batteries will be free from defects in material and workmanship and the batteries will be free from defects in the batteries for a period of one year from the original purchase date under normal operating and maintenance conditions. However, this warranty does not guarantee that the life of the batteries will not be affected. This is because the effective life of a battery is primarily determined by the patterns of use and care that is taken over the life of the battery. All claims are limited to repair or replacement of the products and do not include shipping costs.
Online Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission has Online platform for online dispute resolution provided. You can use this Internet platform to start an extrajudicial settlement of disputes. We are not obliged and generally not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
