Guarantee

We warrant our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. 

Outchair will repair or replace any component that is defective within the warranty period. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser who purchased a new product from Outchair or an authorized Outchair dealer. In no event shall Outchair be liable for any claims beyond the warranty period.
Or for any other claims or damages, including but not limited to claims for defective design, inaccurate or misleading advice, incidental or consequential damages, or injury to any other person, firm or organization.

The warranty does not apply if such repair or replacement of parts is required as a result of accident, neglect or abuse, or if the equipment has been altered or repaired in a manner different from Outchair's service and maintenance instructions. Component or component not originally supplied by Outchair or its authorized resellers.

This warranty does not cover consumables such as batteries or fabrics. Our battery manufacturers warrant that the batteries will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and the batteries for a period of one year from the original date of purchase under normal operating and maintenance conditions. However, this warranty does not guarantee the life of the batteries. This is because the effective life of a battery is determined primarily by the usage patterns and care that takes place over the life of the battery. All claims are limited to repair or replacement of the products and are exclusive of shipping costs.

Online dispute resolution

The EU Commission has Online platform for online dispute resolution made available. You can start an out-of-court dispute resolution via this internet platform. We are not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board and are generally not prepared to do so.
